When Utada Hikaru tweeted about a yawn that caused her a muscle cramp, Yahoo Japan made a headlining story out of it. The site talked about Utada's inactivity, particularly how she hasn't tweeted in 4 months.
When Utada saw the report, the singer laughed at their attempt to create a story out of a mundane detail about her life. "I tweeted about an epic yawn which resulted in a muscle cramp under my chin, and it made headlines in yahoo japan LOL," she tweeted.
"I can't decide whether the press has an AMAZING sense of humor or no sense of humor at all," she later added.
Utada Hikaru has been on hiatus since the beginning of 2011. With the singer focusing on living and experiencing life, updates about her life have become rare.
